Harrison Brammell is an 11-year-old fifth grader who is obsessed with coding and live-streaming. And he’s good too.
CNN Money posted this story today about Harrison Brammell and his focused passion of making video games and streaming the process over the Internet for everyone to follow and learn.
I love what Harrison’s doing, yet I know that this isn’t as crazy of a story as some may believe. Most 11 year old kids completing our Video Game Design camps could accomplish this with little effort. And even kids 7-9 years old in our Junior Video Game Design camps could, as streaming has become easier and easier with apps like Periscope and Google Hangouts.
I hope kids know how much they can accomplish and give-back to the world doing things they love, like Harrison is doing. If you have any stories of your children, please share them with us in the comments section.
