We are glad that you enjoyed the LEGO Bots Robotics camp with us. If you want to learn more about LEGO robotics using LEGO WeDo, you will need to buy the LEGO WeDo kits. However, these kits are no longer produced and are considered legacy. Therefore, they are rare and costly. You can find a link to buy a LEGO WeDo kit below. Make sure you have a compatible device for the WeDo software before you buy anything. The software is free and works on Windows 10 or mobile devices. You may also want to explore other robotic options that LEGO offers.
LEGO also provides free training exercises and teaching material for WeDo. These materials are meant for teachers, however, parents can easily follow the instructions to make a fun weekend family project. Your kids would be proud showing off what they learned in camp.
The Ohio Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) educational savings account program provides qualifying families with $1,000 per child to use towards approved enrichment and educational activities such as tutoring, academic camps, and before- or after-school programs.
