2026 Available Positions

This is a summer role for a STEAM Teacher at Classroom Antics. The STEAM Teacher will be responsible for preparing for and executing our engaging lessons in two STEAM subjects for students. This is an on-site role located in the Cleveland, Ohio Metropolitan Area. Seasonal, full-time employment.

Cleveland: 4 or 8 weeks 

Jobs Available Summer 2026:

  • Instructor for VEX Robotics / Game Design, ages 10-14 – four weeks in July
  • Instructor for Minecraft & Bots / Bricks & Blocks, ages 7-9, 8-11 – five weeks in July
  • Instructor for Minecraft Coding / Minecraft Animation, ages 8-11, 10-14 – four weeks; one in June, three in July

Qualifications

  • Classroom Management and Education skills

  • Communication and Teaching skills

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Passion for STEAM education

  • Ability to engage and inspire students

  • Experience working with children

  • Ability to drive to locations

  • Ability to lift/move equipment

  • Commitment to see the job through to completion

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare by using our training materials and procedures to be ready for camp.

  • Implement our engaging STEM activities for campers, fostering a love for learning.

  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children during camp activities, maintaining a positive environment.

  • Manage classroom behavior and promote teamwork among campers.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding camper progress and needs.

  • Utilize organizational and time management skills to plan daily schedules and activities.

  • Provide support for children with special needs, adapting lessons as necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 43 per week

Benefits: discount on camp for one employee child

Schedule:

7:00 am – 4:30 pm Mondays (early set-up)

8:00 am – 4:30 pm Tuesdays – Thursdays

8:00 am – 5:00 pm Fridays (late tear-down)

Work Location: In person at camp location
